Payments and Refund Policy
Weekly Sessions: If you pay for a single or weekly session and cancel within 72 hours of the
scheduled session, no refund will be issued. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance
may be eligible for rescheduling or credit at the discretion of the club.
Monthly Payments: Once a monthly payment has been made, no refunds will be given, regardless
of attendance or missed sessions. This policy ensures that coaching staff and facility arrangements
can be maintained for all players.
