1. Introduction
Welcome to Club Atlético Manchester. By enrolling your child in our football training sessions or
using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all
participants, parents, and guardians and are designed to ensure the safety, fairness, and
enjoyment of all involved.
2. Coaching Sessions
All sessions are delivered by qualified coaches in accordance with our safeguarding, health, and
safety standards. We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to session times, locations, or
coaches, and will notify parents or guardians in advance wherever possible.
3. Payments and Refund Policy
Weekly Sessions: If you pay for a single or weekly session and cancel within 72 hours of the
scheduled session, no refund will be issued. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance
may be eligible for rescheduling or credit at the discretion of the club.
Monthly Payments: Once a monthly payment has been made, no refunds will be given, regardless
of attendance or missed sessions. This policy ensures that coaching staff and facility arrangements
can be maintained for all players.
4. Behaviour and Conduct
Players, parents, and guardians are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and
other participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or removal from
sessions without refund.
5. Health and Safety
All participants must be medically fit to take part in physical activity. Parents/guardians are
responsible for notifying the club of any relevant medical conditions or changes to health status.
While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, participation in sport inherently
carries some risk of injury.
6. Photography and Media
By participating, you consent to photos and videos being taken during sessions for promotional use
on the club’s official website and social media platforms, unless you have explicitly opted out in
writing.
7. Liability
Club Atlético Manchester, its staff, and representatives are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage
sustained during participation, except in cases of proven negligence. Personal belongings are the
responsibility of the participant.
8. Data Protection
We handle all personal information in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. Your data will only be
used for club administration, communication, and safeguarding purposes.
9. Amendments to Terms
Club Atlético Manchester reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any
updates will be published on our official website.
